How can I track my online order?

What is your return policy for faulty electronics?
If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Simply bring the item and your receipt to any JB Hi-Fi store.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at most stores. If the item is in stock, it is usually ready for pick-up within 1 hour of placing your order.
